Abilene Texas keeps getting cooler. Pappy Slokum is the first craft brewery in this wonderful city. The trio who started up this gem are very passionate about good beer, and it shows. They gave me complete freedom with their brand and has become a dream job of mine. If you're ever in Abilene on a Saturday, hit this place up.
